The Pure Weddings guarantee
30 viewings in 90 days, or no fee from us until you get them.
A viewing counts when a couple books a time and turns up. If we have not got you 30 by day 90, we waive our fee every month after that until we have.
What we promise
- 30 viewings in the first 90 days after your campaign goes live.
- If we fall short, you do not get a refund and you do not get a bill. Our management fee is waived for every month after day 90, until the 30th viewing has happened.
- The money you spend on ads goes to Meta and Google, not to us, so it is not part of the waiver.
What counts as a viewing
A couple who found you through your campaign, booked a time through your booking page, and turned up. You confirm who came in your Venue Portal. A couple who cancels or does not arrive does not count, and each couple counts once.
What you need to do for it to apply
We control the marketing. You control what happens when couples get in touch. So the guarantee applies when:
- You are on our Everything plan: SEO, Google Ads, and Instagram and Facebook ads run by one team, with the Venue Portal.
- You spend at least £1,000 a month on ads, paid by you to Meta and Google, for the whole 90 days.
- Your campaign is live and left running, and you approve new ads within 2 working days.
- You keep enough viewing times open each week for couples to book, agreed with us at the start.
- You mark each viewing as attended in your Venue Portal within 7 days.
- You give us your prices, available dates, best photos and access to your ad accounts and website, and tell us when any of them change.
The small print
- The 90 days start on the day your campaign goes live, which is usually about two weeks after your first call.
- If you stop meeting the points above, the guarantee pauses until you do.
- The guarantee applies once per venue. The fee waiver ends as soon as the 30th viewing is confirmed.
- After the first 90 days the agreement runs month to month.
- You own everything we build for you.
